About Me:: Well I love adventures of all sorts. I raft guide a few different rivers. I dig river kayaking but oh man do I suck. I think I've swam more distance of the river than I've kayaked it almost. Not including swim drills. ;) Really gotta get that roll down...
I flat water kayak as well. Love going out on Okanagan Lake. I work outside with kids and it's awesome. I raft guide on weekends, I dig life. Life is good.

At 2:02am on June 22, 2008, Marianne said…: get that roll, girl! ive only been kayaking for the last couple months, and until last weekend hadnt even been on moving water...been doing pool roll-sessions with a very experienced friend of mine. focus on that roll and u wont be scared...i have a very reliable onside roll and a decent offside roll. now, its on to whitewater to learn how to catch eddies, ferry, ect...and, of course, the "combat roll" ha ha ha...swimming DOES get old!!!
