i usually paddle on Saturday between 2-5pm ant sheppy or just on wey but am free on most Sundays and will be happy to paddle if we can get 3 paddlers together
Hurley is the best
Sheppy is risky ( not for nervous intermediates) due to surf wave a large hydrolic that holds swimmers is crossed
Sunbury is very big and powerful
Chertsey in flood is my picture and in summer a powerful put frendly pourover in middle of weir
drop me a line if you want a paddle!
Hey,
Hurley wier, on the Thames river running through London, is said to be the best playspot in the country (I've never been) and there are three other highly-regarded weirs along the same river. Londons a good place for playboating, oddly.
I don't have contact info, unfortunately.
Hope this helped, Si.

Good playspots? You've got tons. Hurley is one of the best in the country. You've got Shepperton, Chertsey and Sunbury as well.
So there's a lot to do in and around London.
